Dear Customer,
We regret to inform you that we have had to postpone shipment to the US and UK until further notice. This decision has been made due to the global COVID-19 situation and the travel restrictions enforced as a consequence.
Any UK or US orders currently paid but not yet shipped WILL still be shipped. Any open unpaid orders will be cancelled.
We will be monitoring the situation closely but hope to be able to resume shipping to the US and UK towards the end of April or early May.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and we will be offering a significant discount to the customers affected when we do resume this service.
Please note that shipping to other countries is NOT affected. This ONLY applies to United Kingdom and United States orders. Other countries can order as normal.
