Dear Customer,
at this point most people know we had to stop operating for a while until we sorted new locations to work from. There has been serious operational issues that required a rearrangement of things and we have been working on that for over a month and it is still ongoing.
We want to let our customers know that we are still here and working. It didn’t make sense to us to work below any reasonable output and keep customers waiting for days to have their packs shipped. The only reasonable action was to stop and try a new approach somewhere else. And that has turned out to be a massive amount of work. But rest assured we have not gone anywhere. Some staff left and we have new blood on board to make things a lot more efficient than they used to be.
We will send another newsletter as soon as we are ready to go. Don’t miss out on the reopening promo. Sure it will come in handy for the Spring Break!
