Important German Ban Update: Federal Council Meeting Scheduled

Dear customer, It is now certain that the proposed amendment to the German NpSG will go ahead in July. This will ban many compounds including 1cP-LSD, 1cP-AL-LAD and all dissociatives we currently offer. The German Federal Council meeting is scheduled for 25th June 2021 and the latest NpSG amendment is included in this session. Please check the policies for approval during this meeting if you need more information. After this meeting there will be a period of around 2-3 weeks before the law is enforced. At some point during this 2-3 week period, the law will be published in the Federal Gazette, the day following this publication the law will be fully enforced and the described compounds banned. Based on previous amendments, we expect the publication in the Federal Gazette to be made in mid-July. Previously (in 2019) it was made on the 17th July. However, we must stay vigilant and keep monitoring the Gazette on a daily basis from the 25th June until we see the publication. The moment the publication is made, we will stop selling these products to Germany. We will make a formal announcement once we see the law published in the Federal Gazette but customers can easily check themselves in the bgbl website by looking for ‘Neue-psychoaktive-Stoffe-Gesetzes’ in the list of policies published on each day. To clarify, all lysergamides and arylcyclohexylamines (dissociatives) that we currently offer will be banned in Germany in mid-July. From 25th June, customers should check daily in the Federal Gazette for the new law and immediately stop selling these products to Germany upon its publication.
