Dear Customer,
After careful discussion with our legal team and the implementation of a strategic distribution point in Western Europe (not Netherlands), we have decided to forward UK shipments through this route permanently.
Important key points regarding this UK service are below.
- Min order value 50 EUR.
- Orders will be shipped 1-2 times per week only, depending on volumes.
- Only regular airmail (‘International Mail’) is offered, no tracking or signature. Approximate delivery time is 1-2 weeks.
- Bulky orders (>50g product) may be shipped in multiple packs. If customers want to order more than 100g of product, we recommend contacting us first.
- We cannot reship items to the UK. However, success rate in the past has been very high so we do not expect any problems.
We hope that offering this service will enable new researchers to explore the chemistry and biology of interesting and novel compounds!
